Who we are

Business enquiries

Our contact form and email collect your name, email address, subject and the content of your message. We use this to answer you and to prepare or perform a contract. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

Candidate enquiries

The NurmeWork form collects your name, email address and message. If we take your application further, we ask you by email for the documents needed to arrange employment and a work permit — typically identity document details, education and work history. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where a document is not strictly necessary for that purpose, your consent under Art. 6(1)(a), which you may withdraw at any time.

Who receives your data

We use Squarespace Inc. as our website and form provider, which stores form submissions on our behalf. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising. We do not pass your data to any other recipient without telling you first.

How long we keep it

Business enquiries: up to 2 years from our last contact with you. Candidate data: up to 12 months from our last contact, unless you ask us to keep it longer for future openings. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@nurmegroup.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or the supervisory authority in your country.

This site runs on Squarespace, which sets cookies required for the site to work. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
